Pharmacy Courses



The 2 yrs D.Pharma course is approved by the Pharmacy council of India. The D.Pharma examination under the Directorate of Medical Education (D.M.E), Govt. of Karnataka, conduct the examinations for D.Pharma and the same authority shall grant the certificate.

Eligibility :

Intermidiate examination of science. The first year of 3 years degree course in science , 10+2 examination (academic stream) in science, Pre- Degree examination WITH 40% MARKS IN SCIENCE STREAM(PCM/PCB) Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy courses of India.


B.Pharma :

Bachlor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma) is an undergraduate degree course in the field of Pharmacy education. The student those are interested in the medical field (except to became a doctor)can choose this courses after the completion of class 12th (PCM/B) . After the completion of this degree, the student can practice  as a Pharmacist. Pharmacists can work ina range of industries related to the prescription , manufacture & provision of medicines.

Eligibility :

Candidates who have passed 2 yrs P.U.C examination of karnataka P.U.C Board and equivalent examination of any other approved Board or University with not less than 40% marks in any combinationcomprising PCM or PCB.


M. Pharma :


Pharmacy is the branch of science which is concerned with ensuring the safe and effective usage of pharmaceutial drugs. Its offer specilization  in field like nutrition pharmacy, pharmaceutial chemistry, pharmaceutics, cardiovascular pharmaceutics, midicinal chemistry,  


A candidate who has passed B.Pharm degree examination of Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, of B.Pharm examination of any other recognized Indian University established by law in India and anyother degree courses in Pharmacy recognized as equivalent by RGUHS or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) and/or All India council of Technical COuncil (A.I.C.T.E) for this purpose and who has secured not less than 55% of the maximum marks (aggregate of 4yrs) prescribed of the qulification examination shall be eligible of the admission to the M.Pharm courses.
